Using state-of-the-art equipment, the inspector accesses the main line and uses a camera to look for cracks, pipe separation, root intrusion, blockages, etc. Client will receive a link to the report and video. More info at SewerLineScopes.com.


A certified Mold/Moisture specialist will visually assess the area and take air samples and/or swabs, as needed. More info at AllianceREmold.com.

Utilizing infrared technology, the certified infrared inspector looks for hot spots, such as in electrical areas or cold spots, such as on roofs (indicating improper water flow), etc. Please call for a quote.

*Infrared, sewer line scope, and mold & moisture aren’t part of a general service. These are specialty inspections with additional fees.
