Every company has a beginning. Ours started with two people, one shared vision, and a commitment to treating clients like family. This week, we’d love to share the story of how Alliance was born and how that same spirit still guides us today.

A Love Story (and 25 Years of Inspections)

Robert and Cecilia met in October of 2000 and were married shortly thereafter. She was born in Mexico and he was born in Canada — and as Robert likes to say, not even an entire country could keep them apart.

At the time, Robert was already a seasoned inspector, having completed thousands of inspections. They shared a passion for helping people make confident property decisions, and about a year later, they started their own company: Alliance Real Estate Inspections.

From the very beginning, their vision was simple but powerful — build a boutique inspection company centered on friendly, personal service and exceptionally clear, accurate reports. They believed clients deserved more than just a checklist of findings; they deserved guidance, reassurance, and real conversations with professionals who cared.

As Alliance grew, Robert personally trained every inspector to meet the high standards he set for himself, while Cecilia made sure the office team delivered the same warmth and responsiveness she brought to every client interaction.

Twenty-five years and more than 20,000 inspections later, Alliance remains proudly family-run. And that original promise still stands: when you call, you’ll always reach a live person — ready to help and support you every step of the way.

Because at Alliance, clients are never just a number. They’re people, and their properties matter.
